Board of Directors
As an independent school, and a 501c3 non-profit organization, Clariden is governed by an independent Board of Directors whose primary role is to act as stewards for the School.
The Clariden Board of Directors is responsible for the welfare of the School, its students, and its faculty. The Board serves as a fiduciary for the school and is tasked with the planning, development, establishment, and regular assessment of school policies and performance. The Board members meet monthly and also serve on smaller Board committees throughout the year. The Clariden Board of Directors is comprised of dedicated members who volunteer their time for this important work and ongoing support for the Head of School and success of the institution.
