Juniors Headed to Cornell University and Huyck Research Program This Summer
While most high school students long for no formal education during the summer, two Clariden juniors opted to continue their learning experiences by applying to competitive summer programs. Caroline Morris has been accepted into Cornell University’s Summer College Program and Cian Hillis has been accepted to the Wildlife Ecology Research Summer Program at Huyck Preserve Biological Research Station in New York to research environmental issues. Huyck’s draws many candidates but only 9 students are accepted. Congrats to both Clariden students. We wish them well on these summer assignments and look forward hearing about their experiences when they return in the fall.
